After the magical experience of getting to speak briefly to Michael Moore this week about AWE, I'm feeling optimistic. American Wage Earners is a truly unique proposition, a breakthrough concept with widespread implications.
But to launch it, we need YOU. And if you're reading this, I'm betting you'd like to help. You're the kind of person who sort of melts looking at this baby bunny, aren't you? Uh-huh. Admit it. You care.
The good news is that it's really not hard. At all.
If you're concerned that American workers lag all other developed countries in major quality-of-life factors, you can help build AWE.
If you believe that democracy depends on workers having a strong voice in national policy -- a voice that is currently missing -- you can help build AWE.
If you think our economic and political systems should not be run by and for a minority of plutocrats who live off interest, dividends and capital gains, and instead MUST reflect the needs of the majority of Americans who have to work for a paycheck, you can help build AWE.
How?
At the very least, just spread the word. Send the Position Paper or the AWE-inspiring Slide Show to your friends, like our Facebook page, share our posts. And tell me what YOU think. Send me your input, suggestions, advice.
